These items have been sitting outside my neighbor's apartment for the past 3 days. That's about a hundred dollars worth of tuna. At one point there was also a chest of drawers beside them. Maybe somebody is afraid a careless driver will run over their stockpile of tuna. What do you think?

Maybe you should add another random thing to the collection.
Put stuffed animal of a cat on the tuna with a can opener.
